Looking for a Sponsor!

People save for retirement, but greyhounds aren't so lucky. It's why we created 401(grey). It's a foster dog sponsorship that helps cover the cost of preparing retired racers for adoption.

Here is how it works:

* Click the link above to make a $50 donation
* Pick a foster dog to sponsor
* Your name will appear with the hound's biography/photo on the Available Dogs page of our website
* You will be acknowledged on our adopter Yahoo List, Facebook Page, and in the Newsletter

10 Reasons to Invest in a 401(g)

* You can't foster but want to help adoptable dogs.
* In memory of a pet or person who has died.
* To commemorate a hound's birthday or gotcha day.
* As a gift for someone who has everything.
* To celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, etc.
* A hound's racing or call name has special meaning for you.
* The foster is a littermate or related to one of your hounds.
* An adoptable hound tugs at your heartstrings, but you are not in a position to adopt.
* It's just the right thing to do... Just ask the hound at your feet! ;)

June is doing well after her surgery. She is a very quiet little girl but seems to be coming out a little each day. She is very good in her crate during the day and sleeps through the night on a dogbed in my room at night. She has not made a sound since I got her. She eats well and loves her treats. She has not tried to play with toys yet. June tested cat & small animal safe. She does not seem to be bothered by much. She is friendly and loves to be petted. Hopefully soon she will be able to go to a M&G or two. She has had a couple accidents in the house but they could have been my fault. She needs a little more time in the yard then the other dogs. She is very sweet and will make a very nice dog for a lucky future family.
